摘要
以板厚为120 mm的Q390GJC钢为母材,采用气保焊打底焊结合埋弧焊填充盖面焊的工艺,通过改变结构坡口形式及增减隔板,对4组试件进行焊接,在5个停止点处对构件进行焊接变形的测量,并对所得数据进行分析。结合试验数据,得出如下结论:加设工艺隔板及采用双面清根焊可以有效抵抗横向收缩变形;采用合理的焊接顺序,能有效减低焊接扭曲变形;构件纵向尺寸受焊接过程的影响很小。
It was studied that Q390 GJC with 120 mm thickness as a base material,using gas shielded welding process of backing welding,then using submerged arc welding to fill and cover the groove.By changing the groove form and increasing or decreasing the partition,parts are welded respectively on four groups of subjects,measuring the welding deformation of component at the 5 halt point,and analyzing the data.Combined with the test data,the following conclusion was obtained:adding process partition and adopting a double root cleaning welding could effectively resist lateral contraction deformation,using reasonable welding sequence could effectively reduce the welding distortion,member longitudinal size affected by welding process was very small.
