摘要
多腔体组合巨柱常用于超高层外框受力支撑结构,其主要特点是加工制作时焊接难度大,焊接变形难控制、构件外形尺寸难保证。针对以上特点,采用"先板单元,后整体组焊"原则进行装焊,埋弧焊焊接时采用对称式施焊,焊接过程中采用多次翻身,这样在很大程度上可控制构件变形。在制作过程中随时进行过程质量跟踪和控制,有效保证构件的制作精度,可为类似的构件制作提供参考。
The combined multi-cavity giant column is often used in high-rise frame support structure;its main characteristics are difficult in welding,to control welding deformation and difficult to ensure the size of the component shape.In view of the above characteristics,it was fabricated by the principle of"welding plate unit first,then the whole structure",symmetric welding was used during submerged arc welding,and rolling over for many times in the welding process,which could control the deformation of components.In the whole production process,quality tracking and control were done,so as to effectively ensure the accuracy of the component production.Which provided a reference for fabrication of similar components.
