摘要
对钢结构厂房伸缩缝箱型双排柱施工技术进行研究,通过对钢柱对接节点人孔设计、双排柱安装顺序、焊接质量控制以及梁节点设计几方面的分析,合理的人孔节点、梁节点及施工流程的选择,严格控制安装过程和焊接质量成功解决了伸缩缝位置双排柱的安装施工,并取得良好的效果,为今后类似的工程提供了施工经验。
Focus on the construction technology of the box-type double-row column in expansion joint of the steel structure factory building.It analyzes the manhole designing of the steel column junctions,the installation point of the double-row column,the welding quality control and the design of the steel beam node.The reasonable manhole node and girder connection,the selection of construction processes,strict control of the installation process and welding quality successfully solved the installation of the double-row column in the expansion joint,and achieved good results,providing construction experience for similar projects in the future.
