摘要
超厚板异型斜牛腿桁架层钢柱,具有材质强度高、用板厚,组焊难度大,构件尺寸精度控制难等特点。通过分析制作难点,采用"分块制作,总体拼焊"的思路,合理设计焊接坡口,优化装配焊接顺序,采用坐标进行牛腿定位,有效控制焊接变形,保证尺寸精度。制作全过程进行质量控制和检测,构件制作质量良好。
The characteristics of truss layer steel column with super-thick plate and special-shaped oblique corbel are high strength and super thick of steel plate,difficult in assembly and welding,difficult in component dimension precision control and so on. This paper introduced a method of " blocking manufacturing,then overall assembly and welding" by analyzing the manufacturing difficulties. Some methods were applied in the manufacturing process,such as designing welding groove reasonably,optimizing the assembly and welding sequence,using coordinates in positioning corbels,controlling the welding deformation effectively,and ensuring the dimension accuracy. Quality control and detection were conducted in the whole process,so as to provide a reference for the fabrication of similar components.
