摘要
企业宣讲会是企业进行校园招聘的"排头兵",它对于学生了解企业文化、接触企业招聘信息具有极其重要的作用。本文以华南理工大学为例,对其近三年的宣讲会情况进行研究,从而指出宣讲会中存在的问题,并针对性地提出完善企业宣讲会的对策。
Campus talk, which is the beginning of the recruitment in universities, plays a significant role for students to learn about the enterprise culture and the recruitment information. This thesis, a case study on SCUT, points out the problems existing in the campus talks held in the past 3 years, and puts forward some constructive strategies for the enterprises to improve the campus talks.
