摘要
当前,我国的人才争夺越来越激烈,城市之间出现了“抢人大战”。通过对黑龙江校园招聘中省内外企业招聘条件比较,发现省外企业对大学毕业生的吸引力明显大于省内企业。为了留住黑龙江省大学毕业生在省内工作,需要从政府、高校、招聘企业和毕业生四个方面做出改变,以缓解黑龙江省的人才外流情况,助力龙江振兴。
At present,the competition for talents in our country is becoming more and more fierce.There is a“robbery battle”between cities.More and more graduates from Heilongjiang Province choose to leave the province for employment,accelerating the loss of talent in Heilongjiang Province.By comparing the recruitment conditions of enterprises in and out of the province for campus recruitment in Heilongjiang,it is found that enterprises in other provinces are significantly more attractive to university graduates than enterprises in the province;in order to retain graduates from universities in Heilongjiang to work in the province,they need to recruit from the government,colleges and universities.Enterprises and graduates made changes in four aspects to alleviate the brain drain in Heilongjiang Province and help the revitalization of Longjiang.
