摘要
培养不同类型人才需要不同的教学体系。随着越来越多高校从培养研究型人才转向培养应用型人才,调整教学体系势必成为一个新问题。本文分析了高校人才培养定位和能力目标,探讨了应用型人才需要具备的高中低三个层次的能力,设计了对应的实践教学体系、理论教学体系和提升教学体系三个教学体系,并提出了实施教学体系中应该注意调整教学方法、借助社会力量和注重情商培养的三个问题。
Different types of talent training needed to develop different teaching system.As more universities turn from the research-oriented talents to the application-oriented talents,it is a new problem to adjust the teaching system.The article analyzed the talent training positioning and the ability target of university,explores the application-oriented talents need to have three levels ability of the high-middle-low,designed three teaching system of the corresponding practical teaching system,teaching system and the teaching system enhancing,and proposed should pay attention to the three problems of adjusting the teaching methods,drawing support from the social forces and emphasizing on the emotional intelligence training in the process of implementing the educational system.
