摘要
高等教育要适应现代化人才培养的需要,全面实现高等学校办学质量和办学效益的战略目标,就要探讨教学体系的变革,在分析实践教学体系的基础上,阐述对实践教学的不同理解,设计高校实践教学路径模型,使用关键因素分析法,提出高校通过实践教学培养学生的实践能力和就业能力的有效途径。
The teaching system and personnel training mode must be transformed to adapt to the needs of training of different kinds of personnel so that hither education can meet the neds of cultivating modern talents and realize the strategic goal of improving the quality and efficiency of colleges and universities.This article,based on the analysis of the practical teaching system,presents the different understandings of practical teaching,design an path model of practical teaching of colleges and universities.By using critical success factors（CSF＇s） method,it put forward some effective approaches to improve the graduates＇ practical abilities and employ ment abilities by practical teaching.
