摘要
结合目前士官人才教学改革趋势,借鉴高等职业教育模式,分析了士官教育职业化教学体系构建的意义,提出了新的教学体系思路。根据我院开展士官教育改革实际,构建了职业化的士官教育教学体系,明确了教学体系的具体内容和实施方法。
This paper analyzes the significance of teaching system of sergeant education professionS,and puts forward some ideas of the new teaching system, combined with the present reform trend of sergeant teaching and the mode of higher occupation education. According to the practice of sergeant education reform in our college,it constructs the teaching system for sergeant education professional,makes clear the specific content and implementation method.
