摘要
目的:建立板桥党参多糖含量测定的方法。方法:采用传统的水提醇沉法提取多糖,石油醚脱脂,savage法脱蛋白;以板桥党参精制多糖测得板桥党参多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果:平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.1%;板桥党参中多糖的含量为19.53%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,为板桥党参的质量控制提供一定依据。
Objective: Establish banqiao radix codonopsis polysaccharide determination method.Methods: water extraction and alcohol sink method to extract polysaccharide,The petroleum ether decolor the colour,ethanol remove the small molecules,savage method to take off protein;The conversion coefficient of banqiao radix codonopsis polysaccharides to glucose was obtained by refined polysaccharides,and then the content of crude polysaccharides in banqiao radix codonopsis was determined by sulfur-icphenol method.Results: The contents of polysaccharide in banqiao radix codonopsis is 19.53%,the average recovery is 98.9%,RSD=1.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,it also bring certain basis of the quality control for banqiao radix codonopsis.
