摘要
目的:分析不同来源党参中党参炔苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱分析,依利特E1515900色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%HAc(28∶72)为流动相,检测波长267.3nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,党参炔苷分离度良好,线性好,线性范围宽,r=0.9990,平均回收率98.1%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。测定结果显示,不同来源党参中党参炔苷的含量不同。结论:所建立的方法简便,灵敏,可以快速检测不同样品中的党参炔苷的含量。
Objective：To determine the content of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis from different places by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Method： HPLC was performed on E1515900-C18（4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm）column with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution （28：72） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 267.3 nm. Result： The lobetyolin had good separating and linearity. The linear range of lobetyolin was wide（r=0.999 0）, the average recovery was 98.1% and RSD was 0.81% （n=6）. And the result of experiment showed that the content of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis from different places was different. Conclusion： The method was simple, sensitive and can be used for the analysis of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis.
