摘要
目的:研究不同产地党参的指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Grace Smart RP C18柱(250nm×4.6nm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%醋酸为流动相进行二元梯度洗脱,流速0.6mL/min,检测波长268nm,柱温30℃。结果:党参样品HPLC指纹图谱可明确显示不同党参样品的差异性和相似性,精密度、稳定性和重复性实验的RSD均小于3%,用党参炔苷作为参照物可确认党参样品中的活性成分。结论:本方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠,且利用指纹图谱的整体性,可以对不同产地党参药材进行真伪鉴别,并对质量进行定性、定量评价。
Objective:To establish finger printing of Radix Codonopsitis from different habitats. Method: HPLC was performed on Grace Smart-C18 column(4.6 nm×250 nm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set 268 nm, flow rate was at 0. 6 mL/min, column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result:Finger printing could demonstrate obviously difference and similarity of Radix Codonopsitis from different habitats. The RSD of precision trial, stability trial and reproducibility trial was lower than 3%. Conclusion :The method was simple ,reproducible and reliable, and can be used to identify the authenticity of Radix Codonopsitis from different habitats.
