摘要
目的:党参炔苷是党参中开发一条绿色快速的工艺路线,提取党参中的重要的有效成分之一党参炔苷(lobetyo-lin)。方法:本实验对党参中党参炔苷的超临界CO2萃取工艺进行了研究。采用中心实验设计结合响应曲面法考察了压力、温度、萃取时间和夹带剂用量等因素对党参炔苷得率的影响及其交互作用。结果:确定了夹带剂用量是关键因素,在动态夹带剂乙醇流速为1 mL.min-1,常压CO2流速为2 L.min-1,30 MPa,60℃下条件下萃取100 min,党参炔苷得率为0.078 6 mg.g-1,优于传统超声萃取法。结论:采用带夹带剂的超临界流体萃取党参中党参炔苷是可行的。
