摘要
目的:探讨党参多糖对肝癌细胞的活性。方法:MTT法探索党参多糖对肝癌细胞的抑制作用,利用荧光显微镜检测党参多糖对肝癌细胞的凋亡作用、瑞氏-吉姆萨染色观察细胞形态学、病理切片及急性毒性确定党参多糖毒性。结果:党参多糖对肝癌细胞SMMC-7721细胞具有抑制作用,细胞核固缩,有凋亡小体的出现,但是党参多糖对昆明种小鼠的脏器没有明显的毒性。结论:党参多糖具有抑制肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的作用。
Objective: To investigate the activity ofpolysaceharides on liver cancer cells. Methods: MTT method was used to study the inhibition effect of codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide on liver cancer cells. The apoptosis effect of eodonopsis pilosula polysaccharide on liver cancer cells was examined through Fluorescence microscopy. Codonopsis polysaccharide toxicity was determined through cells morphology observed by Wright's-Giemsa staining, pathological section and acute toxicity experiment. Results: Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide had inhibition effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cell SMMC-7721 which could induce nucleus pyknosis and the appearance of apoptotic bodies. But codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide had little cytotoxic effect on organs of Kunming mice. Conclusion: Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide has inhibition effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cell SMMC-7721.
