摘要
由于现在代谢显像技术的飞速发展,放射性标记氨基酸受到了临床各界的高度重视,了解氨基酸代谢基础以及标记氨基酸在肿瘤疾病中的作用非常重要,当前临床上最多见的氨基酸显像剂为123I-碘代甲基酪氨酸、11C-酪氨酸与11C-蛋氨酸等,上述显像剂对比18F-FDG PET遭受炎症干扰更加少,存在较高的脑部肿瘤显像准确度,同时在其余肿瘤疾病中存在较高的应用价值。
With rapid development of metabolic imaging technology,radiolabeled amino acids have been highly valued in clinical practice.It is important to understand metabolic basis of amino acids and role of labeled amino acids in tumor diseases.Currently,the most common amino acid imaging agents in clinic include 123I-iodomethyl tyrosine,11C-tyrosine and 11C-methionine and etc,which suffers less inflammatory interference,has higher accuracy of brain tumor imaging,and higher application value in other tumor diseases.
