摘要
目的:探讨超声-紫外消毒(UVC)、超声-臭氧(O_(3))或超声-UVC-O_(3)联用养护党参的科学有效可行性,为安全高效、绿色科学养护党参药材提供科学依据。方法:查阅中国药典和文献资料,分析党参药材绿色科学养护的重要性和迫切性,综述超声清洗的高效性和先进性,UVC消毒技术和O_(3)杀菌技术的特点、优越性及其在食品、粮食贮藏、果蔬保鲜中的广泛应用。选定养护后评价养护效果的应检药效成分及其测定方法,以及各药典限定指标及测定方法。结果:超声净洗技术清洁高效,能彻底除污和清除潜在寄生虫、卵及病害微生物。UVC消毒和O_(3)杀菌技术安全高效、无毒无害、无化学污染和二次污染,在食品、粮食贮藏和果蔬保鲜中应用广泛。将两种技术与超声净洗技术联用养护党参可进一步防霉防蛀防变质。养护后采用高效液相色谱法测定党参炔苷和苍术内酯Ⅲ的含量,紫外可见光谱法测定党参多糖含量。各药典限定指标和测定方法参照2020版《中国药典》(1、4部)。结论:超声-UVC、超声-O_(3)或超声-UVC-O_(3)联用养护党参科学有效可行,各应检成分和限定指标代表性强,测定方法科学、稳定、高效,实际应用广泛。
Objective In order to explore the scientific and effective feasibility of ultrasonic-ultraviolet C disinfection (UVC),ultrasonic-ozone (O_(3)) or ultrasonic-UVC-O_(3) combined maintenance of codonopsis pilosula,and to provide a new idea and theoretical basis for safe,efficient and green scientific maintenance ofCodonopsis pilosula.Method Check the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and literature,analyze the importance and urgency of green scientific conservation ofCodonopsis pilosula,summarize the high efficiency and advanced nature of ultrasonic cleaning,the characteristics and advantages of UVC disinfection technology and O3sterilization technology and their application in food and grain storage.Wide application in the preservation of fruits and vegetables.Select the pharmacological components to be tested and their determination methods for evaluating the curing effect after curing,as well as the limited indicators and determination methods of each pharmacopoeia.Result Ultrasonic cleaning technology was clean and efficient,and could thoroughly remove dirt and potential parasites,eggs and disease microorganisms.UVC disinfection and O_(3) sterilization technology is safe and efficient,non-toxic and harmless,free of chemical pollution and secondary pollution,and is widely used in food,grain storage and fruit and vegetable preservation.Combining the two technologies with ultrasonic cleaning technology to maintainCodonopsis pilosulacan further prevent mildew,moth and deterioration.After maintenance,the content of Codonopsis arginine and Atractylodes Lactone III was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the content ofCodonopsis pilosulapolysaccharide was determined by UV-Vis spectroscopy.The determination method of each pharmacopoeia limited index refers to the 2020 edition of"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"(Parts 1 and 4).Conclusion Ultrasound-UVC,Ultrasound-O_(3) or Ultrasound-UVC-O_(3) combined maintenance ofCodonopsis pilosulais scientifically effective and feasible.The components to be tested and the limited indi
