摘要
通过分析"产学合作"的经济和社会属性,论述了"产学合作"中的"官—产—学"关系及政府在其中的作用和职能,提出政府应在政策法律、公共服务、中介评价、监督和保障等方面应为"产学合作"做出应有的努力。
In＂College-Enterprise Cooperation＂,the two sides is not only a market behavior,but also a social behavior and a social responsibility.The government plays a pivotal role in the ＂College-Enterprise-Cooperation＂.This paper analyses economic and social attributes in the cooperation;discussesthe relationship of ＂govermment-enterpris-college＂ in ＂college-enterprise cooperation＂and suggests that the govermment shoud make effort in the field of policy law 、public service 、intermediary agent judging supervising and ensuring for ＂college-enterprise cooperation＂.
