摘要
地方高职院校在投入、师资、生源和就业等方面均带有典型的地域性特征,为当地的经济建设和社会发展服务,可以强有力地推动区域性人力资本的提升,是地方发展的关键。本文以镇江高等专科学校为例,探讨地方高职院校服务地方经济社会的有效途径。
With typical regional characteristics on investments,teachers,students and employment,etc,local higher vocational colleges＇ basic task is to serve the local economic construction and social development. It can powerfully promote the ascension of regional human capital,and is the key to the regional development. This paper will take the exploration and practice of Zhenjiang College in recent years as example,to discuss the effective means of local higher vocational colleges＇ serving local economy and society.
