摘要
目前,校企合作及产教融合备受高职院校重视。云南省高职物流专业的校企合作存在着诸多困难,特别是企业方面动力不足,形成了"学校热,企业冷"的局面。通过对企业参与校企合作情况进行调查研究,揭示存在问题及其原因,提出促进校企合作的对策,以期实现校企双赢。
At present , the college-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration are given great weight by colleges and universities , especially the higher vocational collages that put values on training skills for students. The college-enterprise cooperation on logistic specialty in higher vocationalcolleges in Yunnan province is in the face of many difficulties , especially insenterprises , resulting in a habit of being out of sync betw^een colleges and enterprises. By the investiga-tion on the participation of enterprises in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises , this paper re-veals the causes of the problems and puts forward some countermeasures of promoting tween colleges and enterprises in order to achieve a win-win situation.
