摘要
目前我国的校企合作存在明显的学校"一头热"现象,企业热情不高。为了改变现状激发企业参与职业教育校企合作的积极性,我国政府不断推出了一系列政策措施。但是由于企业合作动力不足、校企合作政策法律不完善、校企合作机制不健全导致我国职业教育校企合作的效果不理想。文章在分析校企合作的影响因素基础上,从政府主导完善政策和法律和健全中介机制沟通校企合作两方面提出了建议。
At present, there is a clear phenomenon of ＂one hot＂ phenomenon in school-enterprise cooperation in our country, and the enthusiasm of enterprises is not high. In order to change the status quo and encourage enterprises to participate in vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation enthusiasm, our government has introduced a series of policy measures. However, due to the lack of motivation for cooperation in enterprises, imperfect policies and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation and the imperfect mechanism of cooperation between universities and enterprises, the effect of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education in our country is not satisfactory. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the article puts forward suggestions from two aspects： the government leads the improvement of policies and laws and the improvement of the intermediary mechanism to communicate between schools and enterprises.
