摘要
德国的职业教育在世界上的成就都是有目共睹的,因其职业教育造就了德国高度发达的工业,德国职业教育以双元制著称,企业高度参与职业教育为他国提供了成功的实践经验。文章通过对比研究中德企业参与职业教育的途径、模式、制度等,在了解两国企业参与职业教育的共同点及差异的基础上探索中国职业教育与德国职业教育的差距,并从转变企业观念、建立有效的保障机制、加强企业与学校的沟通、地方发展特色职业教育等四个方面探寻中国企业参与职业教育的路径。
The achievements of the German occupation education in the world are obvious to people,because of the occupation education in Germany created a highly developed industry,the German occupation education in the dual system is highly involved in the occupation education enterprise to provide a successful experience for his country.This way,participate in the occupation education through a comparative study of Sino German business model and system,explore the China occupation education and occupation education in Germany the gap in understanding the basic common point between the two enterprises to participate in the occupation education and differences,and ideas,from four aspects of transformation of enterprises to establish effective safeguard mechanism,strengthen the enterprise and School of communication the local characteristics of occupation education development,explore the path of China enterprises to participate in the occupation education.
