摘要 "果蔬加工工艺学"是食品科学与工程专业中一门应用性很强的课程,为培养适应社会发展、具有综合素质的果蔬加工人才,我们在教学方法和模式上进行了探讨。在教学实践中,我们通过多角度激发学生学习兴趣,改变传统教学模式、更新教学内容、改革考核方式及注重运用教学情感等方法进行课程教改尝试,收到了良好的教学效果。 Fruit and vegetable processing technology is a strong applied course of food science and engineering major.In order to cultivate talents in fruit and vegetable processing technology for meeting the development of the society and possessing mixed-ability,we discussed the method and mode of teaching.In the teaching practice,we carried out the teaching reform by enhancing student's interest in learning from many angles,changing the traditional teaching mode,updating the teaching content,reforming the examine pattern,paying attention to utilize teaching emotion and so on.Then we obtained a better teaching result.
