摘要
为提高《果蔬加工工艺学》课程教学效果,培养出更多适应行业发展需要、综合素质较高的果蔬加工专门人才,对教学模式进行了改革。在校企合作视野下,从本专业实际情况及茂名地方特色角度出发,通过对相近课程教学内容的融合,精炼了《果蔬加工工艺学》理论教学内容,设置了经典的课堂实验,并增加了课程设计、参观实习、企业专业技术人员专题讲座、顶岗实习等教学环节。多年的教改实践表明,教学效果得到了明显提高,学生的动手及工程化能力显著增强;学校与相关企业合作层次由浅入深,成果颇丰。同时,也认识到本门课程教改过程中尚存在诸多问题,针对性地予以解决将更进一步提高课程教学效果,促进校企合作达到新高度。
In order to improve the teaching effect of the course "Technology of Fruit and Vegetable Processing",and cultivate more professional and technical personnel about fruit and vegetable processing for the need of industry development,the teaching model was reformed. Under the vision of school-enterprise cooperation and based on the actual situation of our major and the local characteristics of Maoming,we selected the theoretical teaching content carefully,set up some classic classroom experiments and added curriculum design through the integration of similar courses teaching content. In addition,some practice teaching,such as visiting factories, holding seminars given by experts from enterprises,in-post practice,were added. Years of teaching reform practice shows that the teaching effect has been improved obviously. Students' ability of practice and engineering is obviously enhanced. School and enterprises cooperation has yielded fruitful results from the shallower to the deeper level. At the same time,we also recognize that there are still many problems in the teaching reform of this course. We will overcome the difficulties and solve them in a targeted manner,further improve the teaching effect,promote the school- enterprise cooperation to achieve new heights.
