摘要 从教师胜任力和教师胜任力品质要素构成出发,通过自编的教师胜任力品质调查问卷,以广西3所高校为例进行实证分析,揭示了高校教师胜任力品质存在的问题。在此基础上,提出以学生和教师终身就业力为导向的高校教师胜任力品质因子模型,为突破高校就业管理模式、教师考核、选拔和工资改革提供参考。 Beginning from the teachers' competence and the competence quality elements of teacners, mls paper, using the self- edited questionnaire on teachers' competence quality by taking three universities in Guangxi as an example, makes an empirical analysis to reveal the current problems about the university teachers' competence quality. Based on this, this paper proposes the factor model of university teachers' competence quality which takes the students and teachers'life employment competence as the orientation, so as to provide references for breaking through current university employment management mode and throw some enlightenments on teachers'evaluation, recruitment and salary reform.
