摘要
针对广东创新型交通人才短缺的现状,结合本校各交通专业方向的建设与运行,提出了改革实践教学加强创新能力培养、个人职业技能与人际沟通技能并举,关注综合创新能力,与交通行业大环境协调发展等观点,为实现广东交通人才培养和社会需求之间的无障碍对接提供了一种有益的借鉴。
This paper illustrates how to apply the CDIO engineering education theory to innovative professional training course of technology according to the status quos of shortage in Guangdong communication talents. It deals with how to reform practice teaching and reinforce creativity fostering, how to integrate individual professional skills with ability in public relations and , how to pay much attention to students＇ comprehensive innovative skills and coordi- nate with the development of the large communication environment, combined with the communication majors tech- nology professional construction and operation of communication majors in our college in order to realize smooth connection with communication talent training and social needs as a useful reference .
