摘要
教学和人才培养是实验室的最重要职能,以搞好实验教学为根本制定实验室建设与发展规划,是促进实验室可持续发展的有效措施。该文从实验室的建设与运行模式、师资队伍建设和实验室管理机制等方面分析并介绍了天津大学教学实验室建设的思路和改革措施。
Since teaching and talent cultivation are the most important functions of laboratories,drawing up construction and development planning for laboratories based on optimizing experimental teaching is an effective measure for promoting sustainable development of laboratories.This article analyses the construction and operation mode of laboratories,construction of teaching team,and management mechanism of laboratories.The thoughts and reform measures of Tianjin University laboratories construction are also introduced.
