摘要
实验室队伍建设落后于其他教育、教学改革 ,这一点已引起人们关注。多年来 ,重理论 ,轻实验的观念 ,严重影响了实验室队伍的建设 ,实验室工作的质量不尽人意。实验室师资队伍的建设将成为未来实验室发展的“瓶颈”。如何改变目前实验室队伍现状 ,是一个值得我们长期探索和实践的课题。
The fact that construction and training of laboratory teachers fall behind other education and teaching reforms has been noticed and cared about.For many years,the traditional idea of thinking much of theory and little of experiment has hindered the construction and development of laboratory teachers se-riously,and the working quality of laboratory teachers is far from satisfactory accordingly.Construction of laboratory teachers will become the bottleneck of the development of laboratory in the future.Therefore,it is a long way for us to research and practice this topic--how to improve the present situation of laboratory teachers.
