Optimal extraction technology of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensis

摘要 以狗肝菜为原料,用水浸提狗肝菜中的多糖。通过单因素试验和正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,影响多糖提取提取率的因素大小表现为固液比>提取温度>提取时间,最佳工艺条件为固液比1∶12、提取温度75℃、提取时间3 h,在此条件下狗肝菜多糖提取率为18.16%。 The extraction of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensis was carried out with water. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained through single factors and orthogonal experiments. The results suggested that the factors that affect the extraction quality of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensis was sequenced as solid to liquid〉extracting temperature〉extracting time, and the optimum solid to liquid, extracting temperature, and extracting time were 1:12, 75℃, and 3 h, by which the extraction quality of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensis was 18.16%.
