摘要
菠萝食品加工后大量的菠萝皮废弃物,是生物资源的浪费和环境污染源,国内外对菠萝的综合利用进行着广泛研究,本文即对这方面的研究动态作简要综述。
The much pineapple peel is abandoned during the processing.It works the resource waste and the surroundings pollution.It was summarized the domestic and abroad study on the integrated utilization of the peel.
