摘要
亚麻籽胶是一种以多糖为主,含有少量蛋白质、矿物质的天然高分子植物胶。实验以水作为浸提溶剂,以亚麻籽作为原料浸提亚麻籽胶,在单因素实验的前提下分别研究不同因素对产胶率的影响,最终得出产胶率随这些因素变化而变化的规律。
Flax seed gum is a kind of natural polymer, which is mainly based on polysaccharide and contains a small amount of protein and minerals. The effects of different factors on the yield of gum were studied by using water as the solvent, and as the raw material, the effects of different factors on the yield were studied.
