摘要
为了从裙带菜茎中优选提取硫酸多糖的最佳工艺,以多糖得率为指标,通过单因素分析获得正交表中各因素的最佳水平数,采用正交实验对裙带菜茎中硫酸多糖的提取工艺进行优选.结果表明,浸提温度是提取褐藻硫酸多糖的关键影响因素,加水量和提取时间影响不大.从而求得最佳水浸提工艺条件:温度100℃、加水量40或50倍、浸提时间4 h.
This paper aim to optimize the technology of extracting polysaccharide sulfate from the caudex of Undariza Pinnatifida Suringer.The conditions of extraction was screened with the yield and content of polysaccharides as markers by one-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design.Extraction temperature had notable influence on the yield of polysaccharides.The optimum extracting craft was defined as follows: extraction temperature of 100℃,water totalling of forty times or fifty times,extraction duration ...
