摘要
利用显微金相、SEM和EDS等方法对高速钢离心复合铸造轧辊过渡区的冶金熔合质量进行分析,重点检测了过渡区的组织形态和合金元素分布情况。检测结果表明,采用两次复合工艺制造的高速钢复合轧辊实现了良好的冶金熔合,并且很好地控制了合金元素向芯部球铁材料的扩散。
Metallurgical fusion quality of intermediate zone in high speed steel compound centrifugal casting rolls was analysed by metallographic analysis,SEM and EDS,the especial investigation was made for the morphology of microstructure and the distribution of alloying elements.The results revealed that there was a better metallurgical bond in the centrifugal casting rolls of high speed steel produced by double poured processes,and the diffusion of alloying elements was well controlled.
