摘要 对离心复合铸造高速钢轧辊而言,结合层质量的好坏是衡量轧辊综合性能的重要指标之一。通过对高速钢轧辊结合层研究表明:在高速钢轧辊工作层与中间层之间存在一个通过液态扩散而形成的扩散层,中间层与芯部球墨铸铁之间为良好的冶金结合,扩散层组织由珠光体和大量较细小的碳化物组成,而且扩散层具有良好的强度性能。控制好扩散层是实现高速钢与球墨铸铁良好结合的关键。 To the centrifugal casting roll of high-speed steel, the quality of bond is one of the major indexes to measure the comprehensive performance of roll. According to the research a diffusion layer was seen to exist between the working layer and intermediate layer of high-speed steel roll, which was formed by the liquid diffusion. There was a better metallurgical bond between the intermediate layer and the core nodular graphite cast iron.The diffusion layer was composed of pearlite and a lot of fine carbide and with good strength properties.Better control of different layer may be essential to good combination of highspeed steel with nodular graphite cast iron.
