摘要
介绍了采用卧式离心机两次复合工艺制造离心铸造高速钢复合轧辊的生产技术,重点介绍了轧辊外层、中间层及辊芯材料的化学成分、轧辊铸造的工艺流程、钢水的熔炼和处理方法、热处理工艺及组织性能。该轧辊具有耐磨性高、辊身工作层硬度落差小等特点,其耐磨性是传统铸铁轧辊的3倍以上。
The manufacture technology of centrifugal casting high speed steel roll by double poured processes and horizontal centrifugal casting machine was introduced. The chemical composition, casting process, smelting,heat treatment and microstructure of roll were introduced. The wear resistance performance of this roll is over 3 times than the traditional casting iron rolls.
