摘要
高铬铸铁是一种良好的抗磨材料,并具有一定的韧性和耐蚀性,因此可用作湿摩擦条件下的耐磨工件。本文研究确定了离心铸造高铬铸铁复合辊套的工艺措施;分析了适用于双金属离心铸造工艺特点的高铬铸铁的成分;对于膨胀系数相差较大的双金属复合辊套,根据离心铸造的特点,采用早出模、先空冷后保温的工艺方法,达到了对复合辊套进行淬火和回火的目的。
Since high chromium cast iron is a good wear resistant material and has a certain toughness and corrosion resistance, it can be used for the wear resistant components in the wet friction environment. The centrifugal casting technique of manufacturing roll sleeve of high chromium cast iron composite was studied. Meanwhile, the component of high chromium cast iron which is suitable to dual-metals centrifugal casting was analyzed. According to the characteristics of centrifugal casting process, the composite roll sleeve of dual-metals with quite different thermal expansion coefficient should adopt the method of mould unloading earlier, holding temperature after air-cooling, thus achieves the purpose of quenching and tempering of roller sleeve.
