摘要
向离心复合铸造镍铬钼铸铁轧辊材料中添加钒来进行合金化处理,研究其对镍铬钼铸铁材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明:由于添加钒形成固有的碳化物VC,随着钒含量的增加,能改善碳化物的形貌与分布,使碳化物由网状分裂为长条状且分布均匀,细化奥氏体晶粒组织。在含钒量达到1.2wt%时,其综合性能最好。
With the addition of V to the centrifugal casting of Ni-Cr-Mo cast iron roll for alloying treatment, the effect of V on the microstructure and properties of the materials were studied. The results show: since the V forms its immanent carbide VC, with V content increasing, it can improve the morphology and the distribution of the carbides, make the net carbides become strip carbides with the uniform distribution, and refine the austenite grain. With the addition of 1.2% V, the comprehensive properties of the alloy is best.
