摘要
快速力量是速度和力量相结合的一种特殊的力量素质,具有力量与速度的综合特征。在完成技术动作时,运动员所用的力量越大,速度越快,则表现出的快速力量就越大。决定快速力量的生理学因素主要有:高频率的刺激、肌肉内协调性及肌肉间协调性、运动中枢同步调节能力、H型肌纤维的百分组成面积和磷酸原系统供能能力。影响快速力量的训练学因素主要包括:训练负荷、重复次数与练习组数、间歇时间与间歇方式等,快速力量训练方法的合理组合,将直接影响快速力量增长的效果。
The fast strengh is a special power quality with the combination of speed and power,and with the integrated features of power and speed.Upon completion of technical action,the greater the power used by athletes,the faster the speed shown by the greater power.Physiological factors that determine fast strength are as follows: high frequency of stimulation,muscle coordination,synchronization of the central regulation,H-type composition of muscle fiber propotion and percentage of energy supply capacity phosphagen system.The factors of fast strength training include the training load,the number of repetitions and practice group,intermittent time and intermittent methods,rational combination of strength training.All those can directly affect the effect of fast strength growth.
