摘要
运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法等对我国男子橄榄球队4个连续基本训练周的力量训练过程中的方法与动作模式进行调查及数据分析,并运用身体运动功能训练与训练学理论对结果进行讨论。研究发现:中国男子橄榄球队4周力量训练成果显著,提高幅度显示出由上肢、躯干到下肢递增的特点;准备部分的方法与动作模式与身体运动功能训练理念吻合度较高;在基本部分中体现出注重运动链功能,以多维度训练为主;结束部分中的训练方法与动作模式绝大多数与身体运动功能训练理念相一致。需要改进之处主要有:在准备部分增加伤病预防训练;在基本部分突出爆发力训练、完善训练前运动功能诊断,加强弱链训练、严格控制负荷,补充单边训练等;在结束部分应深化对恢复再生的认识,并提高训练的效率与针对性。
The methods of literature review,field survey,interview and mathematical statistics are used in the research to study on the training methods and movement pattern in four basic continuous weeks about strength training in China Men’s Rugby Team.The results are discussed by using the theory of functional movement training.The result shows that the training in the men’s rugby team has achieved good effects from the indicators of test,and the characteristics of progressive increase from upper,torso to lower limb are displayed.The main methods and means are almost in accordance with the concept of functional training in sessions.There are still some shortcomings in need of improvement,mainly including adding the training of injury prevention in the preparatory parts.In essential blocks,the explosive force training should be highlighted.The more exactly diagnosis about movement function must be made before the training cycle,so that the weak kinetic chain of players can be trained.The load should be strictly controlled,and the lateral training needs to be supplemented in the essential blocks also.In the latter end of session,strengthened consciousness about recovery regeneration is very important,and efficiency and pertinence of training should be improved.
