摘要
随着我国经济社会的持续发展,家政服务已然发展成为了一个蓬勃的产业。但是,调整家政服务的法律制度却凤毛麟角,法学理论界也少有对此问题的深入分析。德国作为世界上最发达国家之一,其在劳动法律制度方面享有盛誉,因此对于德国有关家政服务法律制度进行综合考察应该是能够为我国建立一套科学的家政服务法律制度提供借鉴经验的。
Along with a high economic and social development,domestic work in China has become a booming occupation.However,as of little has been done in respect of the legal regime of domestic work,even less a thorough theoretical analysis on the issue.As one of the most developed countries,Germany has won a reputation in its labor law systems.An overview of its legal regimes of domestic work and domestic workers might,it is expected,help us to accumulate some knowledge about how to establish a scientific legal regime of domestic work in China.
