摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加快,未来居家养老需要大量的家政工,家政服务业已经被国家确定为产业序列之一,国家正在从全方位角度推动家政服务业“提质扩容”。家政服务业之从业人员中,最大比例者就是家政工,家政工的正名与职业规范是未来社会养老服务业的期待。家政工的正名就是将这些家政服务人员的职业身份予以明确,使家政工成为劳动法上的劳动者,使其能够获得劳动法的保护,获得应有的社会保险权益。
With the increase of population aging trend,the home-based care for the aged needs a lot of labor in near future.Domestic services have been identified as industry sequence.The state promotes the quality and expansion of domestic service industry in an all-round way.The largest proportion is domestic workers in the domestic service,and it is the expectation of social service for aged in the future to rectify the name and professional norms of domestic workers.The correct name of domestic workers is to clarify the professional identity of these domestic service personnel,so that they can become workers in labor law and get corresponding protection,and obtain due social insurance rights and interests.
