摘要
随着我国高等教育步入大众化教育,高校的精英意识开始淡化。然而大学生从业指向和人才培养目标都昭示出精英教育不仅是学校核心竞争力的体现,同时也是增强大学生思想政治教育和提升大学生自身竞争力的优势所在。因此,高校要从强化认识、廓清思路、注重养成等环节入手,通过校园精英文化的培育,提升学校和学生的竞争力。
As our education progresses to mass education, the consciousness of elite training has been weakened in colleges and universities. However, the employment orientation and personnel training goal demonstrate elite training not only represents schools＇core competitive power, but also enhances college political and ideological education and students＂ competitive power. Therefore, universities should reinforce campus elite culture to increase their competitive power.
