氧气液相催化氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸的研究──碱种类及其浓度和原料初始浓度对反应的影响

摘要 研究了碱种类及其浓度Ma、对硝基甲苯邻磺酸浓度MNTS对氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸(NT)制取4,4,二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2’-二碳酸(DNS)的影响。发现在水介质中以模拟酶催化剂、M3=1.0mol/L、MNTS=0.38mol/L于控温湿度60℃下反应18h,可以获得81.2%的粗品收率,其纯度用高效液相色谱(外标法)测定可达96.7%。DNS的结构通过核磁共振谱得以确认。 Effect of the sort of alkaline and its concentration Ma, the concentration of p-nitrotoluene-o-sulfonicacid(MNTs) on preparation of 4, 4'-dinitrostilbene-2, 2'-disulfonic acid by means o f oxygen oxidation of pnitrotoluene-o-sulfonic acid in liquid-phase was investigated. The research results showed that oxygen liquid-phase oxidation of p-nitrotoluene-o-sulfonic acid by choosing simulated enzyme as catalyst, Ma=lmol/L, andMNTS=0.38mol/L in water solution at 60℃ for 18h could give 4,4-dinitrostilbene-2,2-disulfonic acid in 81.8%yield and in 96.7% purity which was determined with HPLC.The structure of DNS was confirmed by 1N-NMR.
