摘要
研究了反应温度、反应时间、氧气流量、催化剂用量、底物浓度对氧气液相氧化邻硝基甲苯制邻硝基苯甲醛的影响。发现在反应温度0℃~5℃,反应时间4.5小时,氧气流量30ml/min催化剂加入量2g/l,物料溶剂体积比在6/50时,可获得61.44%的转化率及30.74%的收率。
Preparation of o-nitrobenzaldehyde from o-nitroto]uene by oxidation with oxygen in liquid phase was reported. Under the conditions: 0℃-5℃,reaction time 4.5h ,a catalyst 2g/L,air flow 30.0L/min and a substrate/solvent volume ratio 5/60,61.44% conversion and 30.74% yield was obtained.
