摘要
研究了碱浓度Ma和邻硝基甲苯浓度MONT对氧气液相氧化邻硝基甲苯制取邻硝基苯甲酸的影响。发现在NaOH甲醇溶液中选择的Ma=4.0mol/L和MONT=0.2mol/L于2.0MPa、50℃下反应12h,可以获得585%的ONBA粗品收率,且其纯度可达985%。
Effect of alkali concentration M a and 2 nitrotoluene concentration M ONT on preparation of 2 nitrobenzoic acid by means of oxygen oxidation of 2 nitrotoluene in liquid phase was investigated.The research results showed that oxygen liquid phase oxidation of o nitrotoluene by choosing M a=4.0mol/L and M ONT =0.2mol/L in NaOH methanol solution at 2.0MPa,50℃ for 12h could give crude 2 nitrobenzoic acid in 58.8% yield and in 98.5% purity.
