摘要
研究了在碱性甲醇溶液中于温和条件下氧气氧化邻、间、对硝基甲苯分别制取邻、间、对硝基苯甲酸的新方法。在50℃、20MPa氧压下反应12小时考察了邻、间、对硝基甲苯浓度对邻、间、对硝基苯甲酸收率的影响,发现当MONT=MMNT=MPNT=02mol/L时,可分别获得833%、588%、65%的最大对、邻、间硝基苯甲酸收率,且所有产物纯度均在985%以上。
Abstract A novel process for preparing p-,o-,m-nitrobenzoic acids by oxidation of p-,o-,m-nitrotoluenes with dioxygen in alkali-methanol solution was investigated.Effect of concentrations of p-,o-,m-nitrotoluenes on yields of p-,o-,m-nitrobenzoic acids was studied respectively at 50℃,2 0MPa O 2 for 12hrs,and maximum yields,83 3%,58 8%,6 5% with more than 98 5% purities corresponding to p-,o-,m-nitrobenzoic acids respectively,could be obtained while M PNT =M ONT =M MNT =0 2mol/L.
