摘要
研究了在碱性介质中,以硫酸锰为催化剂,用空气氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸(PNTS)的反应过程。结果表 明该反应过程是:首先由PNTS生成中间产物4,4′ 二硝基 2,2′ 联苄基二磺酸(NDS),然后进一步氧化生成 4,4′ 二硝基二苯乙烯 2,2′ 二磺酸(DNS)。对此两步反应的动力学方程分别进行了描述并求出了k1和k2 值:V1=-d[PNTS]/dt=k1[PNTS][OH-]2;V2=-d[NDS]/dt=k2[NDS][OH-].
The reaction kinetics of 4-nitrotoluene-2-sulfonic acid(PNTS) oxidized by air with manganous sulfate as catalyst under alkaline condition were studied. The results showed that it is composed of consecutive 2 steps, i.e. firstly PNTS was converted into 4,4′-dinitro-2,2′-dibenzyldisulfonic acid(NDS), and then NDS was converted into 4,4′-dinitro-2,2′-stilbenedisulfonic acid(DNS). The kinetic equations for these 2 step reactions could be described respectively as follows: PNTSk 1NDSk 2DNS, the k 1,k 2 values were obtained: V 1 =-d/d t = k 1 2; V 2 =-d/d t = k 2.
