摘要
研究了以生产DSD酸的废渣铁泥为原料制备高纯氧化铁红的新工艺。考察了影响铁泥酸溶、煅烧等过程的各种因素。结果表明,在反应温度80℃,反应时间60min,液固质量比4:1,硫酸用量为理论量的1.1倍,氧化剂用量为铁泥的1%~2%(质量分数)时利用铁泥可以制取高纯度的氧化铁红,转化率可达到97%,质量符合HG/T2574-1994优等品标准。
The new craft of producing ferric oxide with high purity from waste iron mud was studied in this paper. The factors which influenced the acid - soluble process of iron mud and calcination were thoroughly investigated, the results show that when the reaction temperature is 80 % ,reaction time is 60 rain. ,liquid to solid is 4:1 ,the amount of H2SO4 is 1.1 times of theory amount and the oxidant to iron mud is 1% - 2% ( mass ), the convention rate of iron mud can be 97% and the quality of the high purity ferric oxide can meet the superior grade of standard of HG/T 2574 - 1994.
