摘要
研究了以工业废料铁泥为原料,经酸浸、还原和调节pH值等步骤,生产七水合硫酸亚铁的工艺。重点考察了pH值和乙醇的用量对七水合硫酸亚铁结晶率和产品纯度的影响。此外,还考察了温度和硫酸亚铁溶液的初始浓度对其结晶率的影响。结果表明:在水-乙醇相中七水合硫酸亚铁结晶率很高,当c(FeSO4)=1.41 mol/L,V(乙醇)∶V(水)为1.5∶1.0,结晶时间20 min时七水合硫酸亚铁结晶率达到95%以上。制得产品达到HG/T2935-2000标准。
New process for the preparation of FeSO4.7H2O by sulfuric acid from iron mud of industry waste was studied.The process included acid-leaching,reduction and pH adjusting.Effects of pH and ethanol amount on crystallization rate and purity of product were investigated emphatically.Moreover,the influences of temperature and the initial concentration of ferrous sulfate were also discussed.Results showed that crystallization rate could reach 95% when volume ratio of water to ethanol was 1∶ 1.5,the initial concentration of ferrous sulfate was 1.41 mol /L and crystallization time was 20 minutes.The prepared FeSO4.7H2O can meet the requirement of China Chemical Industry Standard HG /T 2935-2000.
