摘要
本文阐述了DSD酸中所含的有机杂质主要组分的绝大部分是源自氧化工序,其形成机理是氧化副反应的生成物和氧化反应不,彻底的残余物。这些在氧化工序产生的有机杂质是硝基物,混在氧化工序目的产物DNS酸中,经还原反应,绝'大部分硝基被还原成氨基成为混在DSD酸中的有机杂质。它们对下游产品荧光增白剂极为有害,会影响荧光增白剂的收率以及强度、色光、白度等质量指标。针对有机杂质的形成机理提出了降低途径。
The article elaborates that the ingredients of organic impurities in DSD Acid are mainly from oxidation process and the mechanism of its formation is the products produced by subsidiary oxidation and residue of incomplete oxidation. These organic impurities produced in oxidation process are nitro-bodies. Mixed in DNS which is a final product of oxidation process and after reaction process, most of the nitro-bodies are reacted to organic impurities which are blended in DSD Acid and are harmful to downstream product FB because they can affect the yield of FB and the quality index such as strength, color and whiteness. The article puts forward the way of reducing organic impurities according to their formation mechanism.
