模拟酶催化氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸的研究(Ⅱ)──碱种类及其浓度和原料初始浓度对反应的影响

摘要 研究了碱种类及其浓度Ma、对硝基甲苯邻磺酸浓度MNTS对氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸(NTS)制取4,4’-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2’-二碳酸(DNS)的影响。发现在水介质中以模拟酶为催化剂、M_a=1.0Mol/L、M_(NTS)=0.38Mol/L于d控温温度60℃下反应18h,可以获得81.8%的粗品收率,其纯度用高效液相色谱(外标法)测定可达96.7%。DNS的结构通过核磁共振谱得以确认。 Fffect of the sort of alkaline and its concentration Ma, the concentration of p-nitro-o-sulfonic acid (MNTS) on preparation of 4, 4-dinitrostilbene-2, 2'-disul fonic acid by means of oxygen oxidation of p-nitrotoluene-o-silfonic acid in liquidphase was investigated. The research results showed that oxygen liquid-phase oxidation of p-nitrotoluene-o-stlfonic acid by choosing Simulated enzyme as catalysts, Ma = 1mol/L, and MNTS=0.38mol/L in water solution at 60℃ for 18h could give 4, 4-dini- trostilbene-2, 2-disulfonic acid in 81.8% yield and in 96.7% purity which was delermined with HPLC.
